John F. Pennebaker Co., Inc. is a full service Mechanical Contractor. We are proficient and experienced at performing all phases of renovations, modifications and upgrades to all types of mechanical systems.
We have the personnel and skills necessary to provide the required work along with a perfect record of project completion within each projects specified time frame. We have successfully performed hundreds of projects in occupied buildings throughout the southeastern United States.
We have successfully managed and installed numerous HVAC projects for the State of Georgia, Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia and many county school systems throughout the state. Though our main emphasis is Mechanical Contracting we also hold a State of Georgia General Contractors license which enables us to perform as a prime contractor.
The Company currently has over 25 full time employees that include managerial personnel, HVAC system installers, sheet metal installers, pipe fitters, control specialist and service technicians. The Company is licensed to manage and perform mechanical contracting and HVAC projects in the states of Georgia, Alabama, Florida, and South Carolina.

Federal Agencies we have performed work with include The Department of The Navy, The Federal Aviation Administration, The Department of Veterans Affairs, The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, The Internal Revenue Service and many others.
State Government Agencies include but are not limited to The State of Georgia, The Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, The GA Department of Corrections, Georgia Public Broadcasting, and more. At the County and City levels of Government we have completed work for Gwinnett County, Cobb County, Clarke County, City of Atlanta, City of Athens, and numerous others.

We have a stellar record working with Schools systems across the state of Georgia. At the county level we have successfully completed over 45 projects in the past 10 years including work for Gwinnett County Schools, Cobb County Schools, Hall County Schools, Dekalb County Schools and The City of Atlanta Schools,

Commercial Building HVAC Installation
John Pennebaker Co Inc. has been installing and repairing HVAC in commercial organizations for over 40 years. We can provide custom designed systems or basic roof top unit replacement.
No commercial project is too big or too small for us to quote and perform. We have successfully completed commercial projects as small as replacing a single roof top unit at a Zaxby’s restaurant to a large Wal-Mart renovation, and many projects in between.
